The largest and most well-known community in Tellico Lake is Tellico Village. The village includes approximately 5,000 acres of prime East Tennessee property. When you pay the monthly assessments, you automatically become a member of all three private championship golf courses, the Yacht Club, and other fantastic amenities available in the community  The three top-notch golf courses: Toqua, Tanasi, and the Links at Kahite each have their own clubhouse with cafes where you can relax and enjoy after a game of golf.
