Poland Creek Campground on Ft Loudoun Lake Opened May 15
The fall and winter season has bought welcome changes to this Ft Loudoun Lake recreational area.
Poland Creek Campground and Recreational Area is located on the Blount county side of Ft. Loudoun Lake within the Town of Louisville.
The Town of Louisville reports there are now 24 sites with electrical hook-ups. The prime lake-front sites are $ 500 monthly – while the remaining sites are $ 400 – $ 475. NO TENT SITES available this year. All campsites are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact Mr. Burchfield at 257-6320 for additional information on availability, daily and monthly rates within the campground if space allows.
The campground is surrounded on three sides by Ft. Loudoun Lake. The large parking area offers a wide boat launching ramp and pier for the fishing and boating public. A small fee is charged to launch your boat – but you won’t regret it since the area is known for its outstanding fishing.
The site is located off of Lowes Ferry Road [approximately 8 miles from I-140/Topside Road interchange]. Easy to get to and well maintained, it is a great place to spend time with your family.
Better hurry – this is a small, convenient, fully equipped campground which is always full… oh, the fishing is good too !!!
Note: Town of Louisville also has the Henry Beal Park on George Creek and the Louisville Point Park – both have adjacent boat launching ramps and parking.
